By engineering arbitration, we mean, arbitration in engineering and contracting disputes, for resolving an existing dispute between two or more parties regarding an engineering problem using, an arbitral tribunal which to be chosen freely by the parties of the dispute. In all countries of the world today, laws are regulating arbitration have been legislated. For example, in Egypt there is Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994, in Qatar there is Law No. (2) of 2017 issuing an arbitration law in civil and commercial matters, and mostly all over the world an arbitration law has been issued.
Engineering disputes are resolved or decided in one of the following ways:
